કૃપા કરીને Puchho App અથવા વેબ ડિરેક્ટરીનો ઉપયોગ કરતા પહેલા આ સેવાની શરતો ધ્યાનથી વાંચો. અમારા પ્લેટફોર્મનો ઉપયોગ કરીને, તમે આ શરતો માટે સંમત થાઓ છો.

1. Acceptance of Terms · શરતોની સ્વીકૃતિ
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Puchho Mobile Application or Website (puchhogujarat.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
Puchho મોબાઈલ એપ્લિકેશન અથવા વેબસાઈટ (puchhogujarat.com) ડાઉનલોડ, ઇન્સ્ટોલ, ઍક્સેસ અથવા ઉપયોગ કરીને, તમે આ સેવાની શરતોથી બંધાયેલા છો. તમારી ઉંમર ઓછામાં ઓછી 18 વર્ષ હોવી જોઈએ અથવા કાનૂની વાલી/માતાપિતાની સંમતિ હોવી જોઈએ.
2.Platform Nature & Scope · પ્લેટફોર્મ સ્વરૂપ અને અવકાશ
Puchho is a local discovery and information directory platform designed for Keshod and surrounding regions in Gujarat.
Puchho એ કેશોદ અને ગુજરાતના આસપાસના વિસ્તારો માટે રચાયેલ સ્થાનિક શોધ અને માહિતી ડિરેક્ટરી પ્લેટફોર્મ છે.
- Puchho allows residents to search, discover, view portfolio photos, check working hours, and contact vendors directly via phone or WhatsApp. · Puchho રહેવાસીઓને શોધ, પોર્ટફોલિયો ફોટા, કામના કલાકો જોવા અને ફોન/WhatsApp દ્વારા સીધા સંપર્ક કરવાની મંજૂરી આપે છે.
- Puchho is NOT an employer, broker, or agent of any listed vendor. · Puchho કોઈપણ સૂચિબદ્ધ વિક્રેતાનો નોકરીદાતા, દલાલ અથવા એજન્ટ નથી.
- All work contracts, price quotes, warranties, and service execution take place directly between the resident and the vendor. · બધા કામના કરાર, ભાવ, વોરંટી અને સેવા અમલ સીધા રહેવાસી અને વિક્રેતા વચ્ચે થાય છે.
3.Vendor Memberships & Billing · વિક્રેતા સભ્યપદ અને બિલિંગ
Local businesses select an annual membership plan (₹360/year) to maintain an active listing and verified badge.
સ્થાનિક વ્યવસાયો સક્રિય લિસ્ટિંગ અને ચકાસાયેલ બેજ જાળવવા માટે વાર્ષિક સભ્યપદ (₹360/વર્ષ) પસંદ કરે છે.
A. Verification Review · ચકાસણી સમીક્ષા
All vendor applications are subject to document review. Puchho reserves the right to reject fraudulent or illegal listings.
બધી વિક્રેતા અરજીઓ દસ્તાવેજ સમીક્ષાને આધીન છે. Puchho છેતરપિંડી અથવા ગેરકાયદેસર લિસ્ટિંગ નકારવાનો અધિકાર ધરાવે છે.
B. Non-Refundable Policy · બિન-પરત કરવા યોગ્ય
Once verified and published live, membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
ચકાસાયેલ અને પ્રકાશિત થયા પછી, સભ્યપદ ફી પરત કરવા યોગ્ય નથી, કાયદા દ્વારા જરૂરી ન હોય ત્યાં સુધી.
4.Acceptable Use & Conduct · સ્વીકાર્ય ઉપયોગ
Users and Vendors agree NOT to: · ઉપયોગકર્તાઓ અને વિક્રેતાઓ સંમત થાય છે કે નહીં કરે:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews. · ખોટી, ભ્રામક અથવા છેતરપિંડી વાળી લિસ્ટિંગ અથવા સમીક્ષાઓ પોસ્ટ કરવી.
- Use the platform for illegal activities, unauthorized marketing, or spam. · ગેરકાયદેસર પ્રવૃત્તિઓ, અનધિકૃત માર્કેટિંગ અથવા સ્પામ માટે પ્લેટફોર્મનો ઉપયોગ.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse vendors, customers, or Puchho staff. · વિક્રેતાઓ, ગ્રાહકો અથવા Puchho સ્ટાફને હેરાન, ધમકી અથવા દુર્વ્યવહાર.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the app. · એપને રિવર્સ એન્જિનિયર, સ્ક્રેપ અથવા ખલેલ પહોંચાડવાનો પ્રયાસ.
5. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability · જવાબદારીની મર્યાદા
🔴 IMPORTANT — English:
5.1 No Liability for Transactions: Puchho is a discovery platform ONLY. We are NOT a party to any transaction, deal, agreement, or service contract made between users and vendors through the app. Any payment, service work, deal, or arrangement is entirely between the user and the vendor. Puchho, its company (Arkabyte), team members, and owners bear ZERO liability for any outcome of such transactions.
5.2 No Liability for Issues & Disputes: If any issue, problem, dispute, argument, financial loss, property damage, personal injury, poor service quality, delayed service, or any other negative outcome arises from any service booked or contacted through the Puchho app, Puchho and its company are NOT liable or responsible in any way. Users deal with vendors at their own risk and discretion.
5.3 No Liability for Vendor Fraud: If any vendor listed on Puchho engages in fraud, cheating, scamming, overcharging, providing false information, delivering defective or substandard work, or causing any harm or loss to a user, Puchho, its company, and its team are NOT responsible or liable. While we verify vendor identity at the time of registration, we cannot guarantee ongoing honesty or quality of any vendor's work or conduct.
5.4 No Warranty of Service Quality: Puchho does NOT warrant, guarantee, or endorse the quality, timeliness, safety, legality, or reliability of services performed by any vendor. Users are strongly advised to verify quotes, check references, inspect work, and exercise their own independent judgment before making any payments or entering agreements.
5.5 Maximum Liability:To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Puchho's total liability in connection with these terms or any use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Puchho in the past 12 months, or ₹360, whichever is less.

5.1 વ્યવહાર માટે કોઈ જવાબદારી નહીં: Puchho માત્ર એક શોધ પ્લેટફોર્મ છે. અમે એપ દ્વારા ઉપયોગકર્તાઓ અને વિક્રેતાઓ વચ્ચે કરવામાં આવેલ કોઈપણ વ્યવહાર, ડીલ, કરાર અથવા સેવા કરારમાં ભાગ લેતા નથી. કોઈપણ ચુકવણી, સેવાનું કામ, ડીલ અથવા વ્યવસ્થા સંપૂર્ણપણે ઉપયોગકર્તા અને વિક્રેતા વચ્ચે છે. Puchho, તેની કંપની (Arkabyte), ટીમ સભ્યો અને માલિકો આવા વ્યવહારોના કોઈપણ પરિણામ માટે શૂન્ય જવાબદારી ધરાવે છે.
5.2 સમસ્યાઓ અને વિવાદો માટે જવાબદારી નહીં: જો Puchho એપ દ્વારા બુક કરેલી અથવા સંપર્ક કરેલી કોઈપણ સેવામાંથી કોઈ સમસ્યા, વિવાદ, દલીલ, આર્થિક નુકસાન, મિલકતનું નુકસાન, વ્યક્તિગત ઈજા, ઘટિયા સેવા ગુણવત્તા, વિલંબિત સેવા અથવા કોઈ અન્ય નકારાત્મક પરિણામ ઉદ્ભવે, તો Puchho અને તેની કંપની કોઈપણ રીતે જવાબદાર નથી. ઉપયોગકર્તાઓ પોતાના જોખમે અને વિવેકબુદ્ધિથી વિક્રેતાઓ સાથે વ્યવહાર કરે છે.
5.3 વિક્રેતા છેતરપિંડી માટે જવાબદારી નહીં: જો Puchho પર સૂચિબદ્ધ કોઈ વિક્રેતા છેતરપિંડી, છેતરામણી, સ્કેમિંગ, વધુ પડતો ચાર્જ, ખોટી માહિતી, ઘટિયા કામ, અથવા ઉપયોગકર્તાને કોઈ નુકસાન પહોંચાડે, તો Puchho, તેની કંપની અને ટીમ જવાબદાર નથી. અમે નોંધણી સમયે વિક્રેતાની ઓળખ ચકાસીએ છીએ, પરંતુ કોઈ વિક્રેતાની સતત પ્રામાણિકતા અથવા કામની ગુણવત્તાની ખાતરી આપી શકતા નથી.
5.4 સેવા ગુણવત્તાની કોઈ વોરંટી નહીં: Puchho કોઈપણ વિક્રેતા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલી સેવાઓની ગુણવત્તા, સમયસરતા, સલામતી, કાયદેસરતા અથવા વિશ્વસનીયતાની ખાતરી, બાંયધરી અથવા સમર્થન આપતું નથી. ઉપયોગકર્તાઓને ભાવ ચકાસવાની, સંદર્ભો તપાસવાની, કામ તપાસવાની અને ચુકવણી કરતા પહેલા પોતાનો સ્વતંત્ર નિર્ણય લેવાની ભારપૂર્વક સલાહ આપવામાં આવે છે.
5.5 મહત્તમ જવાબદારી: ભારતીય કાયદા દ્વારા મંજૂર મહત્તમ હદ સુધી, આ શરતો અથવા પ્લેટફોર્મના કોઈપણ ઉપયોગ સાથે Puchho ની કુલ જવાબદારી છેલ્લા 12 મહિનામાં તમે Puchho ને ચૂકવેલી રકમ, અથવા ₹360, જે ઓછું હોય તેથી વધુ નહીં હોય.
6. Indemnification · નુકસાનભરપાઈ
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Puchho, its company (Arkabyte), its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or any disputes with vendors.
તમે Puchho, તેની કંપની (Arkabyte), તેના ડિરેક્ટરો, અધિકારીઓ, કર્મચારીઓ અને એજન્ટોને તમારા પ્લેટફોર્મના ઉપયોગ, આ શરતોના ઉલ્લંઘન અથવા વિક્રેતાઓ સાથેના કોઈપણ વિવાદોમાંથી ઉદ્ભવતા કોઈપણ દાવાઓ, જવાબદારીઓ, નુકસાન, ખોટ અને ખર્ચ (કાનૂની ફી સહિત) થી નુકસાનભરપાઈ, બચાવ અને હાનિરહિત રાખવા માટે સંમત થાઓ છો.
7. Account Termination · એકાઉન્ટ સમાપ્તિ
Puchho reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user or vendor account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
Puchho પોતાના એકમાત્ર વિવેકબુદ્ધિ પર, પૂર્વ સૂચના વિના, આ શરતોના ઉલ્લંઘન, છેતરપિંડી પ્રવૃત્તિ, અથવા પ્લેટફોર્મ અથવા તેના ઉપયોગકર્તાઓ માટે હાનિકારક ગણાતી કોઈપણ વર્તણૂક માટે કોઈપણ ઉપયોગકર્તા અથવા વિક્રેતા એકાઉન્ટ સસ્પેન્ડ, પ્રતિબંધિત અથવા સમાપ્ત કરવાનો અધિકાર ધરાવે છે.
8. Intellectual Property · બૌદ્ધિક સંપદા
All content on the Puchho platform — including the Puchho name, logo, app design, source code, images, text, icons, and branding — is the intellectual property of Puchho / Arkabyte. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Puchho materials is strictly prohibited.
Puchho પ્લેટફોર્મ પરની બધી સામગ્રી — Puchho નામ, લોગો, એપ ડિઝાઈન, સોર્સ કોડ, છબીઓ, ટેક્સ્ટ, આઈકોન્સ અને બ્રાન્ડિંગ સહિત — Puchho/Arkabyte ની બૌદ્ધિક સંપદા છે. કોઈપણ Puchho સામગ્રીનું અનધિકૃત પુનઃઉત્પાદન, વિતરણ અથવા ઉપયોગ સખત પ્રતિબંધિત છે.
9.Governing Law & Jurisdiction · શાસન કાયદો અને અધિકારક્ષેત્ર
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Keshod / Junagadh, Gujarat, India.
આ સેવાની શરતો ભારત ગણરાજ્યના કાયદા દ્વારા સંચાલિત અને અર્થઘટન કરવામાં આવે છે. કોઈપણ કાનૂની દાવો, કાર્યવાહી ફક્ત કેશોદ/જુનાગઢ, ગુજરાત, ભારતની સક્ષમ અદાલતોમાં કરવામાં આવશે.
10. Changes to Terms · શરતોમાં ફેરફાર
Puchho reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notifications or email.
Puchho કોઈપણ સમયે આ શરતોમાં ફેરફાર અથવા અપડેટ કરવાનો અધિકાર ધરાવે છે. ફેરફારો પછી એપનો સતત ઉપયોગ સુધારેલી શરતોની સ્વીકૃતિ ગણાશે. અમે મહત્વપૂર્ણ ફેરફારો વિશે ઇન-એપ નોટિફિકેશન અથવા ઈમેઈલ દ્વારા ઉપયોગકર્તાઓને જાણ કરીશું.
